"I was looking for a jump spot and chose you folks! I was there Sunday the 19th and I did a tandem jump. While I'm writing let me say thanks to Rick and Tim. I had one incredible experience and everyone there adds to that. Rick made me feel so comfortable and confident although I was so ready to go. Tim my videographer has a contagious enthusiasm and makes the whole experience that much more exciting. Everyone else I met there including some students made me feel so at home and relaxed, I felt as though I'd been there before and we were old friends! It may be spring before I get back there but I am coming back! I've already told my family that I'd like them to get together and get me in there air for a Christmas gift,, oh yes I caught the bug!! Thanks again to all of you!!"

"Hi Paula & Fran, I just wanted to say thank you for all of the hard work and effort you both put into making the (New England) Casa Boogie such a great weekend... I was blown away at how organized everything was and how manifest did such a great job... And the whole mood of the weekend was great. The entire staff was in great spirits on the ground and in the air and I think that made for an even better time for all. Chip, Shay, Ted, Rich & Kip are all amazing at what they do. I've seen Tandem masters at 10 different DZs this year and I can honestly say, you have the best ones out there. They all deserve recognition for their professionalism with every student they take up...Anyways, I could go on and on, but I think you guys get the idea......LOL. I just wanted to let you both know that in my "nonstaff", unbiased opinion, that everyone at Pepperell is doing a great, great job. The DZ is a home away from home for most of us, and I'm proud to call Pepperell my "home" DZ. I can't wait to get up there on Friday nights and hate to leave every Sunday night. Thank you again for all of your hard work, if it wasn't for the two fo you, we'd all just be standing on the ground staring up at the sky saying "wish we were up there", ultimately you two are the ones that make it all happen for us, and it is absolutely appreciated by all. "I just wanted to say thanks for the jumps last night. You guys did a GREAT job of organizing and took something that (frankly) intimidated me and made it very comfortable. Tommy was awesome in the plane helping to spot and show us what everything was, and the whole thing was very comfortable...not to mention that falling through the sky at night is a REAL hoot! I wish I could capture what I saw and felt for others to see. Again Paula, he organization was great and I would do it again in a heartbeat."

"I had to take a few minutes to tell you how wonderful my first skydiving experience was. I have been to the drop zone several times as a spectator, and finally last Saturday, I went ahead and did it! I jumped with Chip, who is simply wonderful. He made me as calm as one can be while jumping out of a plane at 13,500 feet. Everyone of your staff who was on the plane with us were very professional, and fun. Rich, and Ted were very supportive. Tim did an excellent job with the video and with the photos. I have watched my video at least a dozen times in the past week. I am enclosing a few pictures, just so you can see how much fun I had. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this life altering experience, nothing but a joyous one. GET SOME! "

"I had my first jump on June 8, 2001. I just wanted to let you know that I had the time of my life. Everyone was great, especially Chip my instructor and Carolyn the Photographer. The people that were on the airplane were great as well, getting me pumped up for the jump (giving me high fives and thumbs up). I was nervous initially, but Chip was very good at keeping my mind off the nervousness. I was completely amazed at how well the pictures and video came out (done very quickly too). All my friends and family loved the pictures and video."

"Hi Pepperell...
I just wanted to "Thank You" for making our day so awesome. My family has been through a lot this past year and this Jump is just what we needed. My sister "Kim" & Myself (LeeAnne) took our 1st tandem jump on June 10th 2001. It was the most exciting thing we both have ever done. I want to thank my tandem master "Tim" he was so awesome and I felt so safe. Tim you are the MAN. I will always remember you seeing how you are in all my pictures. It was the best time ever.......Thanks so much. Kim also wants to thank "Kevin" for giving her the best time of her life. I think we both are going to have to come back and do it again. We tell everyone that is just so unexplainable and you just have to do it. We can't forget the video & camera guys "Tim" & "Carlyon".....Thanks so much for bring the moment right back to us. We haven't received our video's yet, but we did get the still developed and it brought the moment right back to us....Yahoooo! Thanks again...We will be back....."

"Hey everyone!
On Monday, April 30th it was my mothers 80th birthday and the one and only thing she wanted to do was skydive (I'm sure you remember us now!) I just want to say thank you to everyone there for making it such a terrific, memorable experience! I can't say enough how much I enjoyed my own experience, Chip was the absolute best instructor, he turned a somewhat terrifying experience (at least when your on the ground thinking about it) into the most wonderful, intense, exhilerating experience I have ever had, he really gave me the confidence I needed and his calm personality really put me at ease - you are the best Chip, you were born to skydive! I will definitely be back and I know my mom feels the same way - thanks everyone and thanks for the pizza party after the jumps, that was much appreciated and made my mom feel even more special. Kevin, my mom doesn't have a computer but I know she would want me to also extend a personal thank you for being the one that made her lifetime dream come true at the age of 80 - it doesn't get any better than that!!
I know all my friends and family are already tired of me talking about it but until they do it they have no idea - totally awesome!
Thanks again - you all make it look like fun but I know there is alot of work on your part. "

"I can't sleep!! Today I made my first skydive and I can't stop thinking about it. I would like to thank everyone for making this an experience I will never forget.
Chip - even though I was nervous, you really made me feel at ease and in very capable hands right from the start. A special "thank you" to you - you're the best! If I get the chance to do this again, I would definitely want you again!!

"Last Saturday, my daughter Ginger made her first skydive, as part of her high school graduation celebration. I am writing to thank you all for making this a most memorable and enjoyable experience for Ginger and for our whole family.
Her tandem master, Tim, was most professional and, despite having done (I expect) hundreds of such tandem dives, seemed to enjoy the trip down as much as Ginger did! After the canopy opened, he provided a relaxed descent, punctuated with an occasional exciting twist and turn. Ginger's videographer, Carolyn, did a masterful job with the video an still shots. Ginger will treasure these all her days, and will use them to retell the story again and again. Carolyn's artistry was evident in her shots of the sky and sun above the cloud bank, and her ability to capture Ginger's exuberant expression throughout the trip.
I regret I did not get the names of the two women who helped us on the ground. One, who was addressing the crowd on the PA system most of the afternoon, managed to accelerate Ginger's jump timing after the rain delay. We were very grateful for this, as there were over 20 people present to watch the jump and 25 more waiting at our house for Ginger's post-jump graduation party. And another, who was in the office at the main desk and greeted Ginger and I when we arrived, was kind to inquire of me afterwards to make sure Ginger had enjoyed the experience.
As Ginger's father, it was particularly delightful for me to see her complete enjoyment of the whole event. Thank you for making all this possible." Sincerely,

"Thanks a Lot! My wife (donna) did a tandem jump last Sunday on the fourth and since then all I hear is how she wants to go again. How! do I make her stop? *lol* really she had a great time and all of us that came to watch had fun also and a large part of that is due to the friendly, helpful staff at Pepperell Skydiving Center.
We all enjoyed watching the jumpers waiting for her turn and just having a nice day out. A few people when I told them how much it cost thought it crazy to pay that but after looking at the pictures and seeing the cat that swallowed the canary grin on her face I know it was the best $300 I have spent in a long time.
I know you must receive a lot of letters like this but I just had to let everyone there know how much fun we all had and I attached a picture showing that smile on her face. She says when she jumps again she wants Chip again. (what's up with that?)"
